We are a non-profit 501 c 3 that is interested in helping the public not only have better access to data and the science used to create the data, but also to help them gain more efficient access to their health care providers, and in the process minimize the impact on their themselves or loved ones by having to make difficult trips to their health care provider.

 

The app has three core features;

 

a) FREE To gather consumer input regarding products they use, like dislike, and why data (yelp is a similar program)

b) FREE To actually participate in a consumer research product test, where they are provided free product to use in exchange for their experience with the product.

c)Connection to health care provider;  for example if a mother is worried about he child's rash, and does not want to load the sick child in the car for a drive, to the doctor office, then wait in waiting room, with potential of exposing others to maybe chickenpox, or measles, etc., the mother can simply use the app to connect with the doctor, take a picture of the rash and then text about what is needed and how to proceed with treatment.

 

Though the app is FREE to the consumer, the doctor will pay a user fee....because someone has to setup the communication channels between the doctor and his patients... and maintain the service.  Therefore the cost is passed on to the doctor’s patients’ list.

Basic Plan

Price per Month: $116.00

Patients’ Limit: 100

Basic Features: Doctor can add his (100) Patients, Communicate with these 100 patients inside the app via text, share the description, receive the pictures or documents. Doctor and his 100 patients will receive push notifications on message alert. The patient can book appointment on the app with his/her doctor. They can also cancel or reschedule the appointments. Their record will be available on the app anytime for their future use. The doctor can add or remove the patients. The added patient can enjoy the research study (free) features of the app with same ID and Password.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchases.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

 

Full Plan:

Price per Month: $249.99

Patients’ Limit: 500

Full Features: Doctor can add his (500) Patients, Communicate with these 500 patients inside the app via text, share the description, receive the pictures or documents. Doctor and his 500 patients will receive push notifications on message alert. The patient can book appointment on the app with his/her doctor. They can also cancel or reschedule the appointments. Their record will be available on the app anytime for their future use. The doctor can add or remove the patients. The added patient can enjoy the research study (free) features of the app with same ID and Password.
